1.Eligibility for Exchange

  • Exchanges are accepted within 7 days from the date of delivery.
  • The product must be in its original, unused, unwashed, condition with all tags and bags intact.
  • Certain items, such as [final sale items, intimate wear, or personalized products], are not eligible for exchanges.

2.How to Request an Exchange

  • Provide your reason for exchange along with video proof of the item and the desired replacement item (size, color, or style).
  • Our team will guide you through the exchange process and provide further instructions.

3.Exchange Process

  • Once your exchange request is approved, you will need to return the item to us.
  • After we receive the returned product, we will send out the exchanged item.
  • If the item you want is out of stock, we will notify you and either offer an alternative or issue a store credit.

4.Shipping Costs

  • Return shipping for exchanges is the responsibility of the customer, unless the exchange is due to a mistake on our part (e.g., damaged or incorrect item).
  • If the exchange is due to an error from our end, we will cover the return shipping costs.
